TTU Research Carnival | Tuesday, November 17
2-5pm | Ballroom @ SUB
“To provide undergraduate students and high school upperclassmen with an engaging, research-focused event that encourages heightened involvement in undergraduate research projects at Texas Tech University as well as forges strengthened relationships between students and faculty.”
The TTU Research Carnival was created by students for students to introduce hands-on research to provide an understanding of the undergraduate research experience and the array of studies available at Texas Tech University. Each presentation tangibly and/or visually represents each presenter’s field of research. Some examples of presentations include cotton plants, robots, housed animals, 3-dimensional math models, wooden models, works of art or writing, spoken poetry, historical artifacts, etc. Each presenter will incorporate creativity into his or her presentation to instill students’ excitement in the research experience!
